About Robert Avila
Robert Avila is the founder of Restore & Hope, LLC, a financial wellness and personal development organization grounded in equity, dignity, and community. His journey began in real estate, where he supported individuals and families navigating complex housing decisions. Through this work, he saw firsthand how generational wealth gaps, limited access to financial knowledge, and systemic barriers shaped people’s long‑term opportunities.
Motivated to make a deeper impact, Robert expanded his expertise through mentorship and continued education in financial wellness. He launched Restore & Hope to help individuals better understand their financial history, build confidence, and make informed decisions about their future. His approach is personal, strategic, and rooted in community empowerment. “My goal is to help people gain clarity about where they are today so they can plan for where they want to go,” he says.
Having overcome financial challenges himself, Robert brings empathy, lived experience, and practical insight to every session. Today, he owns multiple investment properties and is known for his thoughtful, people‑centered approach. He has earned the trust of clients from all walks of life—including veterans, educators, healthcare professionals, and working families across California. Restore & Hope’s office in Campbell, CA serves as a welcoming space for learning, growth, and long‑term financial wellness
